Sikuruliya is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and respectful platform for all users. We enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy toward all illegal activities.

Platform Rules
What You Must Know
- 1 Age Verification: All users and service providers must be 18 years or older. Content directed at or involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be immediately reported to authorities.
- 2 Legal Services Only: Only legal services permitted under Sri Lanka law may be advertised. Any service that violates Sri Lankan legislation is automatically prohibited.
- 3 Authentic Content: All profile photos must be genuine and belong to the account holder. Using others' photos without consent is prohibited and constitutes identity fraud.
- 4 No Explicit Content: Profile photos and descriptions must not contain nudity, explicit sexual content or offensive material. All listings are subject to manual review before publication.
- 5 Respectful Communication: Harassment, threats, hate speech or discriminatory behaviour toward any user is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
- 6 Privacy Protection: Sharing another person's personal information, private photos or contact details without their explicit consent is a serious violation.
Enforcement
Consequences of Violation
- First Violation: Immediate content removal and official warning issued to the account.
- Repeated Violations: Temporary account suspension ranging from 7 to 30 days depending on severity.
- Severe Violations: Permanent and irrevocable ban from Sikuruliya platform. All associated data is deleted.
- Criminal Activity: All incidents involving illegal activities, human trafficking, drugs or content involving minors are immediately reported to Sri Lanka Police and relevant authorities.
